Role Overview

Panda Nursery Center is looking for a Security Guard to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Province. This full-time role aims to ensure the security and safety of children and property, as well as manage the movement of entry and exit from the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the entry and exit of children and parents to and from the facility, and issue necessary permits.
• Verify the identity of parents and visitors and record their information to ensure security.
• Stand at the center's gate in the morning and evening to direct traffic during arrival and departure times.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the gate and main entrance of the center continuously.
• Ensure the safety and security of children during daily pickup and drop-off processes.
• Carry out procurement tasks for the center and follow up on maintenance work to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure parents' badges are checked during the entry and exit of visitors and staff to maintain order and protect property, and communicate the facility's internal regulations.
• Respond immediately to alarms, investigate incidents, communicate with fire, ambulance, or police departments when necessary, and report to management.
• Adhere to the approved Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures at the center.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 0 to 1 year of experience in security or an equivalent field.
• Ability to effectively monitor premises and guard property.
• Ability to interact professionally with children and parents.

Work Environment

The security guard works full-time at Panda Nursery Center in Dammam, Eastern Province, within an environment focused on children's safety and facility security.
