Qualifications Minimum 20 years of progressive experience in project management and leadership roles Proven track record of successfully directing large-scale, complex healthcare/hospital projects with significant budgets and stakeholder involvement Extensive knowledge of healthcare industry operations, regulatory compliance (including HIPAA and local Saudi Arabia healthcare regulations), and quality standards Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, stakeholder management, and organizational leadership Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities with strong attention to detail Familiarity with Saudi Arabia's healthcare sector, regulatory environment, and business culture is advantageous
