Qualifications- Technical skills in operating and maintaining printing machinery, including setup, calibration, and basic troubleshooting.
- Ability to work with different printing materials (paper, inks, and finishes) and apply quality control standards for printed outputs.
- Attention to detail, good manual dexterity, and capability to perform repetitive tasks accurately under time constraints.
- Basic computer skills for handling print files, using production software, and maintaining digital records.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize multiple print jobs and meet deadlines.
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, orderly, and safe printing environment.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with colleagues in training, administration, and logistics.
- Previous experience in a printing press, production, or similar technical environment is preferred.
- High school diploma or vocational training in printing, production, or a related technical field is an advantage.
