Role Description The Payroll Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah. This role is responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, including collecting and verifying timekeeping data, calculating wages, and ensuring accurate and timely payments. The Payroll Specialist will manage payroll taxes, deductions, and garnishments in accordance with applicable regulations and company policies. Daily tasks include maintaining payroll records, resolving employee payroll inquiries, preparing payroll reports, and coordinating with HR and Finance to support audits and compliance. The role also involves identifying opportunities to streamline payroll processes and improve data accuracy.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Payroll Processing and Payroll Administration, with experience managing regular and off-cycle payroll runs.
• Knowledge of Payroll Taxes and Payroll Services, including compliance with local labor and tax regulations.
• Ability to handle deductions and Garnishments accurately and confidentially.
• Proficiency with payroll software and MS Excel; experience integrating payroll with HR and accounting systems is an advantage.
• Attention to detail, strong numerical and analytical skills, and the ability to maintain accurate records.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain payroll matters clearly to employees and stakeholders.
• Ability to work on-site in Jeddah, manage sensitive information with discretion, and meet strict deadlines.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; prior experience in transportation or logistics is a plus.
