Tripod Global is looking for an experienced Fit-Out Estimator to join our growing team in Riyadh.

If you have a strong background in interior fit-out and MEP estimation, excellent commercial awareness, and the ability to prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects.
• Review tender documentation, drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Conduct site visits and assessments where required.
• Identify opportunities for value engineering and cost savings.
• Produce tender submissions and supporting commercial documentation.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers and internal stakeholders throughout the bidding process.
• Support handovers from pre-construction through to project delivery teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Fit-Out Estimator in the interior fit-out, interiors and joinery
• Strong knowledge of BOQs, quantity surveying, tendering, and cost estimation.
• Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent numerical, analytical and commercial skills.
• Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
• Excellent analytical, commercial, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimating software.
• Experience with AutoCAD and ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
