Role Description This is a full-time Heavy Equipment Mechanic role based in Tabūk, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some tasks to be performed from home when appropriate. The Heavy Equipment Mechanic will perform routine and preventive maintenance on heavy machinery and vehicles, including inspection, lubrication, part replacement, and performance checks. The role involves diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues, carrying out repairs, and testing equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation. The mechanic will keep maintenance records, coordinate with supervisors and operators on equipment status, and follow safety procedures and company standards at all times. The role may also include supporting field breakdowns, ordering parts, and working with other technical staff to optimize equipment uptime.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Vehicle Maintenance. Candidates should possess proven experience working with Heavy Equipment in construction or related industries. Candidates should possess solid abilities in Equipment Repair and Troubleshooting of mechanical, hydraulic, and basic electrical systems. Technical diploma or certification in automotive, diesel, or heavy equipment mechanics is preferred. Ability to read manuals, parts catalogs, and technical diagrams, and apply them in practical repair work. Commitment to safety practices, use of proper tools, and adherence to company procedures. Effective communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in workshop and field service environments, and familiarity with maintenance documentation systems, is an advantage.
