The Director of Strategic Planning and Project Management will be responsible for leading strategic planning, large-scale program and project management, governance, and performance optimization across all operations. The role plays a strategic part in supporting business growth, optimizing financial and operational performance, maintaining stability, and ensuring the successful coordination and execution of initiatives, with a strong focus on Hajj season procedures, requirements, and corporate governance. Key Accountabilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans aligned with business objectives.
• Lead major project, program, and portfolio management (PMO) initiatives, ensuring strict adherence to governance frameworks and risk management standards.
• Prepare and manage budgets while closely monitoring financial and operational performance.
• Identify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), measure performance, analyze results, and provide actionable recommendations through executive and analytical reports.
• Coordinate and organize complex plans, operational activities, and initiatives according to Hajj season requirements, timelines, and specialized models.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and leverage project management tools, data analysis, and performance management dashboards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, General Management, Strategic Planning, Project Management, or a related specialization.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or PgMP in strategic planning or performance management are highly preferred.
• Minimum of 15+ years of progressive experience in strategic planning, PMO, and the management of major projects/programs.
• Sufficient knowledge of Hajj season procedures , projects, and operational activities, with proven experience in direct management of the Hajj model.
• Strong expertise in budget preparation, operational performance monitoring, KPI identification, project governance, and risk management.
• Exceptional executive leadership capability in preparing analytical reports, stakeholder management, and driving high-performing cross-functional teams.
