الفرصةنبحث عن مدير هندسة أول (تصنيع) متمرس لقيادة عمليات الهندسة والصيانة داخل مرافق التصنيع لدينا. هذه الدور مسؤول عن ضمان أقصى توافر للمصنع من خلال تنفيذ أنظمة صيانة وقائية من الطراز الأول، وإدارة أصول فعالة، والامتثال الهندسي، وتطوير فريق هندسة عالي الأداء متعدد المهارات.
المسؤوليات الأساسية
- قيادة عمليات الهندسة والصيانة لتعظيم توافر المصنع.
- قيادة برامج الصيانة الوقائية، والموثوقية، والتحسين المستمر.
- إدارة مشاريع الهندسة والميزانيات والموارد.
- ضمان الامتثال لمعايير الصحة والسلامة والجودة.
- تطوير وقيادة فريق هندسة عالي الأداء.
- الإشراف على الخدمات، والأتمتة، وأنظمة المصنع الحيوية.
المتطلبات الأساسية
- درجة HND/HNC أو دبلوم في الهندسة الكهربائية أو الميكانية.
- خبرة 7+ سنوات في إدارة الهندسة في التصنيع.
- الخبرة في صناعة الغذاء، والألبان، والمشروبات أساسية.
- معرفة قوية بالصيانة، والأتمتة، والمرافق، وعمليات المصنع.
- إثبات قيادة فرق هندسة متعددة المهارات.
- معرفة قوية بأنظمة الصحة والسلامة والجودة.
- مهارات قيادية، اتصال وتحليل ممتازة

The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced
Senior Engineering Manager (Manufacturing) to lead engineering and maintenance operations within our manufacturing facilities. This role is responsible for ensuring maximum plant availability through the implementation of best-in-class preventive maintenance systems, effective asset management, engineering compliance, and the development of a high-performing multi-skilled engineering workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead engineering and maintenance operations to maximize plant availability.
- Drive preventive maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement programs.
- Manage engineering projects, budgets, and resources.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Quality standards.
- Develop and lead a high-performing engineering team.
- Oversee utilities, automation, and critical plant systems.
Essential Requirements
- HND/HNC or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 7+ years' Engineering Management experience in manufacturing.
- Food, Dairy, or Beverage industry experience is essential.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance, automation, utilities, and plant operations.
- Proven leadership of multi-skilled engineering teams.
- Strong Health & Safety and Quality Systems knowledge.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
