This full-time position for a Senior Engineering Manager (Manufacturing) is based in Al-Kharj.

Position Overview

The Senior Engineering Manager (Manufacturing) will lead engineering and maintenance operations within Almarai's manufacturing facilities. This role is central to ensuring maximum plant availability through the implementation of robust preventive maintenance systems, effective asset management, adherence to engineering compliance, and the development of a skilled engineering workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and maintenance operations to maximize plant availability.
• Drive preventive maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement programs.
• Manage engineering projects, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Quality standards.
• Develop and lead a high-performing engineering team.
• Oversee utilities, automation, and critical plant systems.

Qualifications and Experience

• HND/HNC or a Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• A minimum of 7 years of Engineering Management experience in manufacturing.
• Experience within the Food, Dairy, or Beverage industry is essential for this role.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of maintenance, automation, utilities, and plant operations.
• Proven leadership experience with multi-skilled engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety and Quality Systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
