About the Role

Dr. Abdulrahman Taha Bakhsh Hospital is seeking a Housing Supervisor to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah Province. This full-time role aims to ensure efficient daily housing operations, with a focus on implementing regulations and providing a safe and healthy living environment for residents. The role requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

The Housing Supervisor handles a set of core tasks to ensure service quality and compliance with standards, including the following:

• Monitoring the enforcement of housing regulations and instructions and ensuring adherence.
• Preparing a comprehensive database of residents and regularly updating and developing it.
• Supervising the provision of basic services such as water, electricity, and communications and ensuring their continuity.
• Monitoring general cleanliness, health, safety, and security in the housing.
• Providing emergency medical services for residents when needed.
• Preparing and presenting regular work reports, documenting and filing them in an organized manner.

Oversight of Outpatient Clinic Services

In addition to housing duties, the role includes daily administrative responsibilities related to the outpatient clinics department to ensure service quality, including:

• Supervising operations related to hospitality services in the outpatient clinics section.
• Monitoring daily tasks and activities of the housekeeping and household services staff.
• Following up on maintenance requirements necessary to maintain the quality of facilities and the outpatient clinics environment.
• Coordinating work with other departments to provide necessary support related to hospitality services.

Qualifications and Experience
