About the Role

Zahran Maintenance and Operations Company announces its need for a Safety and Occupational Health Supervisor to join its team in Al Bahah city. This role is full-time, and targets candidates with recent experience in the field of occupational health and safety.

Job Objective

The Safety and Occupational Health Supervisor is responsible for monitoring the application of laws, regulations, and instructions related to safety and occupational health within the company facilities. This includes measuring environmental factors, investigating accidents and injuries, and preparing the necessary procedures and reports to ensure a safe workplace that complies with standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct periodic and emergency inspections at work sites to ensure the application of occupational safety and health standards.
• Record inspection results in designated logs and compare them with the approved standards.
• Prepare and use devices and equipment for measuring environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, noise, and vibration.
• Document measurement results and follow up on potential hazards in coordination with relevant authorities.
• Prepare accident and injury investigation materials, conduct the necessary investigations, and document the results.
• Prepare safety and occupational health instructions and procedures, in addition to safe work instructions and evacuation instructions.
• Educate workers on approved instructions and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Prepare and present periodic work reports, document and file them systematically.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience ranging from zero to one year in the field of safety and occupational health.
• Ability to follow and implement relevant laws and regulations.
• Good skills in report writing and documentation.
