Whiplash Production is looking for an experienced Business Development Specialist to lead our growth in KSA
This is a senior, revenue-focused role for someone who already has strong relationships within the KSA advertising, production, media, and post-production industry.
What we’re looking for:5–8 years of Business Development / Sales experience in KSAStrong existing network of agencies, production companies, brands, and marketing teams Proven track record of generating revenue and closing deals Strong understanding of the post-production and creative services industry Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and build business from the ground up Arabic and English fluency
The role will focus on:• Opening new doors and generating qualified leads• Converting relationships into active clients• Building a strong pipeline of agency, brand, and production work• Developing long-term client relationships• Providing market insights and identifying new opportunities• Working closely with our CEO, Producers, and creative teams
