Job Details

Receive all shipments from suppliers, check quantities, expiry dates, and invoices. Responsible about all issues of store inventory. Receiving medicines from vendors. Checks incoming shipments for breakages, shortages and expiry dates. Supervise storage supplies in designated areas with proper handling. Ensures correct inventory for all items. Attend the Quality Improvement Program within his/her area of responsibilities. Make sure items stored at right temperature and humidity. Follow all hospital related policies and procedures. Record the exchange medicines from hospital, companies as per store policy. Performs other applicable tasks assigned within the level of his competence as required by the title of the post as required. Fully aware and actively implement the departmental policies and procedures, local and international standards or requirements related to the department. Actively involves in indicator development, data collection for the department. Participate in hospital Safety Management & Risk Management Programs. Actively reports incidents in the system and whenever needed, participates in incident review, and root cause analysis. Performs any other duties within the range of his/her competence, as directed by the Medical Warehouse Manager.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • At least (2) years? experience in a Hospital of which (1) year in Pharmacy Store department as warehouse keeper.
  • Essential: Higher School Diploma with computer knowledge
  • Desirable: Pharmacy Diploma.
