Fakieh Logistics is a last-mile and full-chain logistics company based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a Driver Supervisor & Coordinator to manage and optimize our growing fleet operations. This full-time role is essential for maintaining discipline and precision across our delivery network in Jeddah and Makkah.

Role Overview

The Driver Supervisor & Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing daily driver activities and ensuring efficient fleet performance. This position involves direct supervision, operational coordination, and adherence to company standards and regulatory compliance to meet client service level agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily driver operations, including attendance tracking, dispatch processes, route assignments, and shift handovers.
• Monitor fleet performance and key delivery performance indicators (KPIs), addressing delays or route issues promptly.
• Coordinate effectively between drivers, dispatch teams, and client operations teams to ensure consistent adherence to SLAs.
• Manage driver onboarding, documentation, training programs, and conduct performance reviews.
• Enforce safety protocols, vehicle maintenance schedules, and compliance with all Kingdom transport regulations.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly operational metrics reports to management.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of experience supervising drivers or field teams within the e-commerce and last-mile delivery sectors.
• Demonstrated experience in managing a fleet of 100 or more drivers.
• Strong proficiency in using fleet tracking and dispatch tools.
• Possession of a valid Saudi driving license.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must either be currently based in Jeddah or willing to relocate to the area.
