About Ninja and the Ground Operation Team Member Role

Ninja, a quick-commerce company, is seeking a Ground Operation Team Member to join its full-time operations in Jeddah, Makkah Province. This role is integral to supporting daily last-mile delivery operations and ensuring efficient order fulfillment within the hub.

Role Purpose and Impact

The Ground Operation Team Member plays a crucial part in the delivery process by managing orders from receipt to dispatch. This position ensures the smooth and timely handover of items to riders and drivers, contributing directly to operational efficiency and maintaining a safe, organized working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily last-mile delivery operations.
• Receive, organize, verify, and accurately hand over orders to riders and drivers.
• Ensure smooth and timely dispatch of all orders.
• Maintain a safe and organized hub and working environment.
• Escalate operational issues promptly when required.
• Collaborate closely with Ground Operation Supervisors, riders, drivers, Order Care, Acquisition, and hub/warehouse teams.
• Provide support during peak-demand operations to ensure continuity.

Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of experience in logistics, delivery, warehousing, or operations. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Work Schedule and Environment
