YOUR ROLE

Based in Jeddah and reporting to the Sales Effectiveness & Studies Manager, you will contribute to the steering of commercial performance and the production of strategic analyses intended to support business decisions.

As a key interface between commercial teams, management, and various internal departments, you will transform performance data and market information into concrete and actionable recommendations. You will play a key role in KPI monitoring, market analysis, competitive intelligence, and the development of reporting tools.

This position offers strong exposure to commercial challenges, cross-functional projects, and top management within a dynamic international environment.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

You will support commercial teams and management in performance monitoring, market analysis, and the production of strategic insights to support business growth.

A. Commercial Performance Analysis

  • Monitor, analyze, and steer commercial performance and the organization's key KPIs.
  • Analyze results by client, service, trade lane, and market segment.
  • Identify performance gaps, risks, and development opportunities.
  • Formulate recommendations for Sales Managers and local management.
  • Ensure the follow-up of commercial action plans and measure their effectiveness.

B. Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis

  • Conduct market studies to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Perform competitive analyses and monitor market evolutions.
  • Conduct client portfolio analyses and client mapping exercises.
  • Identify commercial growth and development opportunities.
  • Consolidate and disseminate strategic information to various stakeholders.

C. Reporting & Decision Support

  • Build and maintain performance dashboards and steering tools.
  • Transform quantitative data into actionable analyses for management.
  • Prepare high-value-added summaries, reports, and recommendations.
  • Develop presentations for management and commercial teams.
  • Produce ad-hoc studies and reports as required by management.

D. Sales Effectiveness & Commercial Tools

  • Oversee the proper use of the Group's commercial and marketing tools.
  • Ensure compliance with commercial processes and reporting standards.
  • Monitor the achievement of KPIs related to the use of corporate tools.
  • Support the deployment of Head Office tools and initiatives.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of reporting and performance monitoring systems.

E. Cross-functional Coordination & Strategic Projects

  • Gather information and needs from commercial teams.
  • Ensure the dissemination and sharing of analyses with various internal functions.
  • Collaborate with commercial, marketing, and management teams.
  • Participate in high-visibility cross-functional projects with top management.
  • Contribute to the alignment of the organization's commercial and strategic priorities.

  • Master's degree in commerce, marketing, finance, economics, logistics, supply chain, or equivalent field.
  • Strong interest in business analysis, commercial performance, and market intelligence.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong comfort with quantitative data.
  • Experience or knowledge of reporting and data visualization tools.
  • Solid skills in data analysis, reporting, and performance indicator construction.
  • Knowledge of market studies, competitive analysis, and client segmentation.
  • Excellent synthesis and communication skills.
  • Strong business orientation and ability to translate analyses into concrete recommendations.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset, curiosity, and proactivity.
  • Very good organizational and priority management skills.
  • Experience or knowledge of the maritime transport, shipping, logistics, supply chain, or international trade sectors is highly appreciated.
  • Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
