The Role of a Math Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated Math Teacher to join our team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will inspire students to develop analytical thinking and problem-solving skills through mathematics, fostering a dynamic and engaging learning environment that promotes student engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional lessons that facilitate active learning and meet curriculum standards.
• Evaluate and document students' academic and personal development through tests, assignments, and observations.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and collaboration.
• Address diverse learning needs by offering tailored guidance, extra help, or resources to ensure all students succeed.
• Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and administrators to share progress, address concerns, and support students' overall development.

Qualifications and Experience

• Completed Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics or a relevant subject area.
• Proven teaching qualifications, a professional teaching license, or equivalent (*, PGCE / QTS).
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, with exposure to international curricula such as BSO, IB, or others.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

• Strong proficiency in the subject matter of mathematics.
• Well-developed teaching skills and effective classroom management abilities.
• Knowledge of child protection and safeguarding standards.
• Additional professional development qualifications, such as NPQ, are considered an advantage.

Work Details

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah Province. The salary for this role will be discussed during the interview process.
