Pico Play is seeking a Construction Manager to join its team in Abhā, 'Asir, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is within the construction and building industry, contributing to projects from inception to completion.

Role Overview

The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects. This includes managing project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. The role requires strong leadership and effective conflict resolution skills to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
• Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget management.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to meet all project specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
• Facilitate communication between clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure alignment on project objectives.
• Identify potential risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
• Lead project meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements throughout the construction process.
• Mentor and develop junior staff and construction workers to enhance team performance.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience of 5-10 years as a Construction Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations, particularly in landscaping projects.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective stakeholder interaction.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills for managing project documentation and schedules.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
