About the Role

Ar-Rai Environmental Services is seeking a Operations Manager to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah Region. The holder of this role will be responsible for executing all tasks, duties, activities, and technical operations related to the project, in accordance with the Project Manager's directives. The Operations Manager acts as a technical assistant to the Project Manager in all technical aspects of the activities, including assessment procedures and technical reporting, and maintains daily and continuous communication with the Project Manager to ensure smooth workflow. This is a full-time position.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

The Operations Manager undertakes a set of critical tasks and responsibilities to ensure the effective technical and administrative operations of the project, including:

• Actively participate in preparing strategic plans and overall project objectives in alignment with defined directions and priorities.
• Contribute to managing, guiding, and evaluating various implementation operations to ensure desired objectives are achieved.
• Monitor, manage, and direct activities related to operation and maintenance of equipment to ensure efficiency and continuity.
• Ensure optimal implementation of all systems, regulations, instructions, and guidelines applicable to the project.
• Monitor licensing and permit issuance processes required for the project, in alignment with approved standards and conditions.
• Participate in reviewing and developing the systems, regulations, and policies in the field of equipment operation.
• Ensure continuous development and updating of systems, regulations, and policies to enhance work efficiency.
• Review and study the Kingdom's needs for railway lines related to equipment, and provide necessary recommendations.

Communication and Reporting

This role is pivotal in effective communication with senior management and providing regular reports, including:

• Follow-up on the preparation and preparation of periodic and comprehensive work and achievement reports.
• Regularly present work and achievement reports to the specialized senior management.
• Keep senior management informed of various challenges and developments related to operating different equipment.
• Consult senior management on various issues and future initiatives related to the project.

Qualifications and Experience

To fill this position, the following qualifications and experience are required:

• Practical experience ranging from two to five years in a field related to technical operations or project management.
