About the Role

مجموعة جار البيت لإدارة وتشغيل الفـنادق is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. This full-time position is based in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and is integral to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction within our hotel operations.

Role Summary

The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for ensuring all guest rooms and public areas meet stringent hygiene and presentation standards. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and efficient execution of cleaning tasks to provide a comfortable and welcoming environment for all hotel guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms in accordance with established hotel standards.
• Change bed linens and towels, and replenish room amenities as required.
• Clean corridors, public areas, and other assigned hotel facilities.
• Inspect rooms thoroughly and report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items promptly.
• Maintain housekeeping equipment, ensuring proper care of cleaning materials and supplies.
• Adhere strictly to all hygiene, safety, and hotel operating procedures.
• Ensure all assigned rooms are completed and ready for guests within specified timeframes.
• Provide assistance with laundry duties and the movement of supplies when necessary.

Required Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience, specifically within a 4-star hotel environment, is essential.
• Solid understanding of hotel room cleaning and preparation standards.
• Demonstrated strong attention to detail and proven ability to complete tasks efficiently.
• Capability to work effectively under pressure and follow supervisor’s instructions accurately.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Professional appearance, excellent personal hygiene, and reliable attendance record.
• Ability to collaborate effectively as a member of a team.
