Role Description The Gloves Production Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end production operations for medical gloves at the Al Kharj facility. This full-time, on-site role includes planning and scheduling production, monitoring daily output, and ensuring adherence to international quality and safety standards. The role involves supervising production teams, coordinating with maintenance, quality assurance, and supply chain to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency. The manager will track key performance indicators, implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies. Additional duties include training and developing staff, managing inventory of raw materials, and preparing reports for senior management on production performance and capacity planning.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Polymer Engineer OR Chemical Engineering. Extensive experience in medical glove manufacturing.
