ROLE PURPOSE

The aim is to state the overall significance of the job from the organization’s perspective.

Is responsible for design, development, and delivery of advanced Data Analytics and AI solutions tailored for external clients. The role is responsible for driving business development, managing project execution, and ensuring that AI offerings are effectively commercialized and aligned with organizational goals.

Key Accountabilities

Key Activities

1. AI & Analytics Strategy and Execution

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced AI models and analytics solutions.
• Ensure the viability and scalability of AI solutions across clients and sectors.

1. Business Development & Client Engagement

• Identify new business opportunities aligned with Data & AI capabilities.
• Engage clients to understand requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Manage relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.

1. Product Development and Support

• Collaborate with product teams to transform successful client solutions into scalable products.
• Provide technical oversight and support to ensure product robustness.

1. Data Engineering and Platform Enablement

• Guide the development of open data collection frameworks and data pipelines.
• Promote best practices in data structuring and analytics enablement

1. Project Management

• Oversee delivery of multiple Data & AI projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and business value.
• Mitigate risks and resolve roadblocks in project execution.

1. P&L and Performance Management

• Own the revenue, cost, and profitability targets for the unit.
• Track performance against sales targets and delivery metrics.
