About the Role

Al-Madad Global Hospitality Company is seeking a Waiter/Waitress to join its team in Makkah Al-Mukarramah. This full-time role aims to deliver a distinguished hospitality experience to guests by welcoming them, providing menus, and efficiently and professionally satisfying their requests. The role requires 0-1 years of experience in hospitality or customer service.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests warmly and providing them with food and beverage menus.
• Receiving guest orders accurately and serving food and drinks in a timely manner.
• Answering guest inquiries and advising on available food and beverage options.
• Setting up, arranging, and cleaning tables, ensuring readiness to welcome guests.
• Arranging table contents from dishes and utensils and returning them to their designated places after use.
• Providing bills to guests and processing cash or POS payments.
• Handling guest complaints professionally and escalating to the relevant supervisor for action.

Qualifications and Experience

• Practical experience of 0 to 1 year in hospitality or customer service.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Good skills in operating POS systems.
• Ability to work in a team and in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to cleanliness and orderliness standards.

Work Environment

The role is full-time and within the hospitality team at Al-Madad Global Hospitality facilities in the city of Makkah Al-Mukarramah. The work environment requires ongoing interaction with guests and colleagues to ensure high-quality service.
