Job Purpose Own end-to-end customer acceptance for assigned telecom sites (microwave, IP-VPN, and DIA links), ensuring every site is fully tested, documented, and formally accepted by the customer (FLM/BO) in line with project timelines and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end acceptance for all assigned sites, from installation/integration handover through to final customer sign-off. Coordinate FLM attendance and scheduling for site acceptance visits. Conduct and verify speed tests (DIA/IP-VPN services) on site to confirm service delivery meets customer requirements. Obtain signed acceptance letters/documentation from the customer upon successful service delivery. Track, log, and resolve snags identified during acceptance, ensuring consistent and accurate severity classification. Coordinate with the customer's Back Office (BO) for final acceptance sign-off and documentation. Liaise with field installation and integration teams to confirm sites are acceptance-ready before scheduling FLM visits. Maintain accurate, up-to-date acceptance status tracking (FLM status, BO status, and documentation triggers). Report daily on accepted, rejected, and pending sites to the Project Manager. Escalate blocking issues (customer access, FLM rejections, missing documentation) promptly with clear, evidence-based reporting. Support preparation of acceptance certificate documentation required for invoicing. Ensure compliance with customer and project quality standards throughout the acceptance process. Coordinate with subcontractor teams to schedule rework/remediation for rejected sites. Maintain professional working relationships with customer FLM/BO representatives. Support training and briefing of field teams on acceptance and quality requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in telecom project delivery, acceptance, or field operations (microwave/IP transmission networks preferred). Experience working with telecom operator acceptance processes (e.g., Zain, STC, Mobily) is an advantage. Familiarity with DIA/IP-VPN service delivery, speed testing, and customer acceptance documentation. PMP or project coordination certification is a plus.

Valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel to project sites.
