Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction, infrastructure, and engineering sectors in Saudi Arabia. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, developers, contractors, and government entities. Monitor public and private tenders, evaluate opportunities, and coordinate bid submissions. Prepare technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with the estimation and engineering teams. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities. Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations through to contract award. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project handover after contract signing. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings. Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and provide regular business development reports. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's strategic growth objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Professional certifications in Business Development, Sales, or Project Management are an advantage.
  • Valid driving license is preferred.
  • 5 - 10 years of experience in civil engineering, construction, or contracting.
  • Proven experience in business development and securing projects within the Saudi Arabian market.
  • Strong understanding of tendering procedures, contracts, and procurement processes.
  • Existing network of clients, consultants, developers, or government stakeholders in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.
  • Excellent business development and sales skills.
  • Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Technical understanding of construction and engineering projects.
  • Proposal preparation and contract management.
  • Relationship-building and stakeholder management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
