Post Body:Are you an expert in managing complex Microsoft Exchange environments? We are looking for a Senior Email Specialist to oversee our enterprise email services, ensuring secure, seamless, and high-performance communication across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:Exchange Management: Manage and support multi-site Microsoft Exchange environments and highly complex multi-forest infrastructures. Security & Content Filtering: Implement and manage email security policies using Trend Micro products (IMSVA, DDEI, SMEX). Directory Services: Administer MS Active Directory trusts, replication topology, and Group Policy Management. Troubleshooting: Resolve complex Mail Flow, Routing, and connectivity issues. Automation: Use Exchange Management Shell and scripting for automation and efficiency. Client Support: Ensure seamless operation for all Exchange clients (Outlook MAPI, OWA, IMAP, Outlook Anywhere) and mobile devices.
What We’re Looking For:Nationality: Saudi Nationals only. Experience: 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Exchange environments, including experience with multi-forest setups and AD replication. Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in Trend Micro email security solutions and Exchange Management Shell scripting. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Certifications (Mandatory): * MCSE: Server Infrastructure. MCSE: Messaging.
