Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end sales capture for complex, high-value opportunities within Financial Services.

Define and execute capture strategies, including win themes, competitive positioning, and deal differentiation.

Drive proposal development, commercial structuring, and negotiation in alignment with Accenture standards.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management

Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders (C-suite, business, and technology leadership).

Shape client demand by aligning Accenture offerings to strategic priorities such as digital transformation, cloud, data, and regulatory change.

Position Accenture as a long-term transformation partner.
Deal Shaping & Solutioning

Collaborate with solution architects, industry experts, and delivery leads to design innovative, value-led solutions.

Translate client challenges into scalable offerings and compelling business cases.

Ensure solutions are commercially viable, competitive, and aligned with delivery capabilities.
Collaboration Across the Global Network

Orchestrate cross-practice and cross-geography teams, including Technology, Strategy & Consulting, and Operations.

Leverage Accenture s global assets, partnerships, and innovation ecosystem to strengthen deal positioning.

Partner with internal stakeholders (legal, finance, risk, pricing) to ensure compliant and high-quality deal execution.br>
Commercial & Financial Accountability

Own sales targets and contribute to revenue growth within the client portfolio.

Drive pricing strategy, margin optimization, and deal economics.

Ensure governance, compliance, and adherence to Accenture s sales and risk processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Extensive experience in sales capture, business development, or related roles, with a focus on the public sector.
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex sales processes and closing large deals.
- Strong understanding of the public sector landscape in Saudi Arabia, including government policies and procurement processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
