We are currently seeking an experienced Shared Services Manager to join our team and support the effective delivery and management of shared services across our educational institutions.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving operational excellence, improving service efficiency, and ensuring seamless support across all shared services functions.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement shared services strategies to enhance efficiency, standardization, and continuous improvement.
Oversee day-to-day operations across HR, procurement, IT, marketing, accounting, and administration.
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and quality standards in service delivery.
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements to maximize value and performance.
Lead process optimization initiatives and implement best practices across all shared services functions.
Collaborate with leadership and school units to understand needs and deliver seamless support services.
Lead, manage, and develop the shared services team, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
7+ years of progressive experience in managing shared services or operations in the education sector or related industries.
Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving process improvements.
Strong knowledge of HR, finance, procurement, and IT service management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in Arabic and English.
