Job description
We are looking for a results-driven E-commerce Executive to take ownership of our online store performance and drive conversion, revenue, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Improve conversion rate (CRO) across the website
- Optimize product pages (images, copy, structure, offers)
- Create and manage bundles, upsells, and offer strategies
- Set up and optimize marketing automations:
- Abandoned cart recovery
- Post-purchase flows (education, upsell, retention)
- Improve customer journey from landing → purchase → repeat
- Work on email/SMS/WhatsApp automation flows
- Analyze performance (AOV, CVR, funnel drop-offs) and implement improvements
- Manage and expand presence on marketplaces:
- Noon
- Amazon
- Coordinate with marketing team (ads, creatives, campaigns)
