On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Head of Finance who is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining effective financial controls. The role supports strategic decision-making through financial planning, analysis, and investment evaluation. The Finance Manager plays a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring financial performance. Additionally, the position ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. The role contributes directly to the company’s growth, particularly within the real estate investment sector. Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and cash flow management. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Monitor financial performance and provide insights and recommendations to senior management. Conduct financial analysis for investment projects, including cost analysis, profitability assessment, and ROI evaluation. Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions as needed. Assist in strategic financial decision-making, including investment evaluations and risk assessments. Lead and mentor finance staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to best practices. Requirements Bachelor’s\ master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required. 10–15 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in real estate or investment companies. Strong experience in accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and financial analysis. Knowledge of Saudi accounting regulations and corporate finance practices.
