We are looking for a driven and relationship-oriented Sales Representative to join our medtech sales team. You will own a territory across our product lines, building trusted relationships with surgeons, department heads, and procurement teams while driving meaningful revenue growth.
This is a field-based role with strong earning potential and a clear path for career progression.
Responsibilities Develop and manage a territory of hospitals, clinics, and specialist centers, growing existing accounts and opening new ones Build relationships with clinicians, surgeons, and hospital procurement and biomedical teams Manage the full sales cycle from identifying opportunities to closing deals and following through on delivery and collection Conduct product demonstrations and provide basic clinical training to end users Stay current on the clinical landscape in your specialty and report competitive intelligence to the team
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a science, engineering, biomedical, health, or related field Valid KSA driving license Strong communication skills in Arabic and English Genuine interest in the clinical environment and the products you represent
Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales in KSAExperience in clinical and OR settings is a plus Familiarity with ophthalmology or ENT clinical environments Existing relationships with the medical community in KSAStrong presentation and research skills
