Job description
Core Responsibilities
- Promoting and selling safety products such as personal protective equipment, alarm systems, fire extinguishers, and detection devices.
- Conducting organized field visits for current and potential clients to showcase products and provide suitable solutions.
- Preparing technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with the technical team, and presenting them to clients in a professional manner.
- Achieving monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
- Building a strong database for clients and prospective partners and updating it continuously.
Analytical and Administrative Tasks
- Preparing periodic reports on sales, market, and competitors.
- Monitoring contracts and requests until completion of sales and delivery operations.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
Interactive Responsibilities
- Building long-term relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and continued engagement.
- Handling client inquiries and complaints and relaying them to management for appropriate action.
- Providing technical advice to clients regarding the most suitable products for their needs.
