As part of their growing portfolio, we are seeking a Project Director to lead the delivery of upcoming 5-star hotel projects across KSA.
This is a senior opportunity to take full responsibility for the life cycle of luxury hospitality developments, engaging with both international operators and local stakeholders while driving excellence in delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
20+ years of experience in large-scale construction, with a strong track record in luxury hospitality projects Civil engineering background (degree-qualified) Experience leading at PMC level, managing large contractor teams Proven ability to take projects from post-contract through to successful handover Strong stakeholder management skills, with fluency in Arabic and English GCC experience is essential, with Saudi Arabia highly preferred
