This is a project-focused role: you will structure requirements, coordinate RFQs/quotations, align technical solutions with project constraints, and support delivery coordination with Solution Mall teams. Compensation model: Commission: 2%–4% of contract value (minimum 2%), depending on product category and deal type.3) Key Responsibilities (MENA-focused scenarios) A) Project Requirement Capture & Qualification● Capture and structure project requirements (scope, capacity, site conditions, standards/compliance, timeline).● Validate completeness to reduce rework and improve quotation accuracy. Common MENA project scenarios you will handle:● Utility-scale and C&I solar PV sites (BOS and electrical packages)● Substations, MV/LV distribution, and grid connection packages● Industrial plants and O&G-adjacent power infrastructure● Data center power (UPS/PDU/distribution) in selected projects B) RFQ / Quotation Package Coordination● Convert requirements into RFQ-ready packages (BOM-level when needed).● Coordinate quotation requests, lead-time checks, and required technical documentation.● Consolidate responses into a clear proposal package; manage clarification cycles. C) Solution Alignment & Delivery Coordination● Support solution matching across categories (project-dependent): MV/LV distribution, transformers, switchgear, protection & control, renewables, storage, backup power, monitoring.● Coordinate delivery milestones; flag risks early (spec mismatch, missing data, schedule conflicts). D) Project Tracking & Feedback● Maintain structured project tracking (stage, decision timeline, blockers, next actions).● Provide feedback on recurring needs and compliance expectations.4) Qualifications Must-have: 2+ years in energy/power project coordination, EPC support, engineering/procurement coordination, or similar project-facing roles; strong documentation and follow-up discipline; English required.
