HIRING: ENGLISH TRAINER
Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1-3 years (Freshers with strong skills may apply)
Dimois English is looking for a passionate and skilled English Trainer to join our academic team in Dammam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality English language training to students and professionals, helping them improve their communication, grammar and overall language proficiency.
Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging English language training sessions (spoken English, grammar, vocabulary, business English and exam preparation if required). Assess students' proficiency levels before training and track progress through regular evaluations. Prepare lesson plans, training materials and activities aligned with curriculum standards. Conduct demo sessions and placement assessments when required. Create an interactive and supportive learning environment. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to improve performance. Maintain attendance records, assessments and progress reports. Coordinate with academic and operations team to ensure smooth course delivery.
Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in English, Education or a related field. Certification such as TESOL / TEFL / CELTA is an added advantage. Strong command of spoken and written English. Excellent communication, presentation and classroom management skills. Ability to engage students from diverse backgrounds. Prior experience in teaching or training is preferred.
