Job responsibilities• Plan, schedule and monitor planning, forecasting and replenishment activities forcompany accounts• Provides regular and critical analysis and communication with stakeholders on keyperformance indicators and order management and escalates issues as needed• Analyze sales forecasting and planning process for customers• Complete complex customer specific reports to meet ongoing needs, includingweekly sales reports, promotional analysis, reconciliation of forecast versus actualand data infrastructure)• Engage in short- and long-term planning with other department and conductinventory analyses for warehouse utilization and PSI.• Participate in weekly sales and operation planning meeting to review sales, forecastand sell-through performance• Maintain and evaluate KPI's (forecast accuracy, fill rate, etc.) and analyze variancesinitiating appropriate corrective action• Managing and monitoring sell out forcast• Review historical data to develop and update forecasts• Managing inventory level• Lead monthly supply chain meeting with sales force to consolidate market feedbackand review supply chain metrics and details• Drive effective and timely communication with order management, sales, customers,product planning and HQ to maximize inventory availability while meetingperformance targets• Managing PSI for allproducts
Qualification requirements1. Previous working experience as a Supply Chain Manager at least 3 Years2. Hands on experience with supply chain management software (such as SAP MM, AP Modules, SAP Plant Maintenance, etc.)3. Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success4. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills5. Team player6. Good time-management skills7. Great interpersonal and communication skills8. BA in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or similar relevant field9. Must be fluent in English. Speaking Chinese is even better.
