Job Summary:One of our clients are looking for Catering Manager who is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing catering operations to ensure high-quality food service, customer satisfaction, and efficient operational and financial performance. The role involves overseeing staff, coordinating events, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring all catering activities aligning with company policies and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:Plan, organize, and manage daily catering operations and events. Supervise catering staff, including chefs, supervisors, and service teams. Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and ensure service excellence. Prepare work schedules, assign duties, and manage staff performance. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams. Control operational costs, reduce waste, and maximize profitability. Oversee event setup, service execution, and post-event closure. Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery effectively. Prepare operational, financial, and performance reports for management. Assist in menu planning and pricing strategies in coordination with senior management. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Qualifications:Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Catering Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in catering or food service operations. Strong knowledge of catering operations, event management, and food safety regulations. Proven experience in managing teams and large-scale catering services.
