Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Dammam for a Customer Service Representative. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction and providing exceptional customer support. The role involves maintaining excellent communication with clients, handling service-related requests, and striving to enhance overall customer experience.
Qualifications Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction Demonstrated ability to enhance Customer Experience and build strong client relationships Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment Previous experience in logistics or relevant service-oriented roles is an advantage Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required; further education is a plus
