Role Description We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to join our team in Jeddah. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing clinic schedules, coordinating appointments, handling calls, welcoming visitors, and supporting management with research and report preparation to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities Manage the clinic calendar and schedule appointments efficiently Handle incoming calls and inquiries and provide administrative support Welcome patients and visitors and ensure a professional experience Assist in preparing reports and conducting administrative research Maintain confidentiality and adhere to internal policies Support the team with daily administrative tasks and workflow coordination
Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently Experience in research and report preparation High level of discretion and professionalism Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field (preferred) Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus Fluency in Arabic and English is required
