Job Details

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Procurement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead and enhance our procurement function with proven expertise in contract management, supplier negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:Draft, review, and oversee procurement contracts to ensure alignment with internal policies and legal standards Identify, evaluate, and select vendors based on factors such as price, quality, service, and delivery timelines Lead contract negotiations to secure optimal pricing, terms, and conditions Monitor supplier performance through KPIs and ensure compliance with agreed terms Collaborate with internal teams to define procurement needs and project timelines Maintain comprehensive procurement documentation Enforce compliance with procurement guidelines and best practices Support risk mitigation efforts related to supplier performance Conduct market research to identify opportunities for cost savings and innovation Mentor junior procurement staff
Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 5 years of relevant procurement experience with strong emphasis on contract handling Demonstrated ability to lead negotiations and manage high-value contracts Excellent negotiation, analytical thinking, and communication abilities Proficiency in procurement systems, ERP platforms, and Microsoft Office tools Solid understanding of applicable procurement laws and regulations
