As HR Manager – KSA, reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer and Country Head, you will play a hands-on leadership role in driving operational HR excellence across 60+ restaurants (and growing). This is a high-impact position responsible for delivering end-to-end HR operations, ensuring full compliance with Saudi labor regulations, and partnering closely with operations to build a high-performing, people-first culture in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
What This Role Will Offer You This is not a back-office HR role. It is a frontline, operationally embedded leadership position where your ability to balance compliance, workforce planning, and employee engagement will directly influence business performance. You will:High-volume recruitment and overseas workforce mobilization, ensuring seamless onboarding across expanding restaurant operations. Drive Saudization strategy and Nitaqat compliance. Partner closely with Area Managers and Restaurant GMs to strengthen employee engagement, retention (70%+), and workforce productivity. Manage a small HR/Admin team while collaborating cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, IT, Supply Chain, and external partners.

Requirements To be considered, candidates must meet the following:8–10+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within QSR, retail, hospitality, or high-volume multi-site environments. Strong working knowledge of KSA labor law, Saudization (Nitaqat), visa regulations, and external audit management. Proven experience managing payroll processes, HRIS systems, and employee lifecycle operations with high accuracy. Demonstrated track record in overseas recruitment and workforce mobilization coordination. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (CIPD/SHRM or equivalent certification is a plus).
