Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer specialized in cost estimation and pricing for electrical and control systems projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and pricing for low and medium voltage works, as well as industrial automation and ELV systems, with strong knowledge of the Eastern Province market. Key Responsibilities:Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates and pricing for electrical projects (Low & Medium Voltage). Develop and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs) in line with project specifications and drawings. Perform detailed quantity take-offs and cost analysis for electrical and control systems. Estimate and price industrial automation and control systems including:SCADA, PLC, DCS, SASEstimate ELV systems including:Building Management Systems (BMS) Fire Alarm Systems CCTV and Surveillance Systems Analyze tender documents, technical specifications, and drawings to ensure accurate pricing. Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations. Monitor market trends, material costs, and labor rates across the Eastern Province. Support bid submissions and provide technical and commercial clarifications as required. Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering. Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in electrical project estimation and pricing. Strong experience in electrical works and control/automation systems. Excellent knowledge of market prices across the Eastern Province, including:Dammam, Khobar, Dhahran, Jubail, Khafji, Ras Tanura, and surrounding areas. High level of accuracy, speed, and professional judgment in cost estimation. Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
