Your Role will focus on:
The Debit & Prepaid Product Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of debit and prepaid card products, driving growth, profitability, customer experience, and regulatory compliance. The role owns product strategy, lifecycle management, enhancements, and go-to-market execution across physical and digital channels
Your Key Responsibilities:
-Product Strategy & Ownership Own the product roadmap for debit and prepaid cards (multi-currency, youth, travel, virtual cards, etc.) Define product vision, value propositions, pricing, and feature sets aligned with business objectives Identify new product opportunities based on customer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis Drive product differentiation through value-added features (cashback, loyalty, FX benefits, digital wallets, security features) -Product Lifecycle Management Manage products from ideation to launch and optimization, including enhancements and retirement Define and track product KPIs: acquisition, activation, usage, ENR, interchange, FX revenue, and cost-to-serve Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and commercial performance-Go-to-Market & Commercial Execution Lead product launches, campaigns, and offers in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Channels Support acquisition and usage campaigns (e.g., first-use offers, international spend, wallet usage) Prepare product documentation, propositions, customer journeys, and sales enablement materials -Stakeholder Management Work closely with Technology, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Customer Care Coordinate with external partners: card schemes (Visa/Mastercard), processors, fintech partners, and vendors Act as the main point of contact for debit and prepaid products internally-Regulatory & Risk Management Ensure products comply with local regulations and card scheme rules Work with Compliance and Risk teams on KYC, AML, fees, limits, and dispute processes Support audits, regulatory submissions, and scheme mandates-Digital & Innovation Drive digital enablement: instant issuance, in-app controls, and self-service features Support API-based integrations and new payment capabilities where relevant
Qualifications & Experience:
4–7 years of experience in cards, payments, or financial services product management Strong experience with debit and/or prepaid cards (consumer or corporate) Proven track record of launching and managing card products end-to-end
Knowledge & Skills:
Strong product management and analytical skills Experience working with card schemes, processors, and digital wallets Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
