With a mission to decarbonize power generation and improve asset performance, they are expanding their expert team in Saudi Arabia and looking for a highly skilled Electrical Transformer Expert.
This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact on grid reliability and transformer performance, working directly with the client on-site and supported by a global network of technical specialists.
Your Role:As a Transformer Expert, you will embed directly with the client's operational teams, contributing your expertise to maintain and restore critical grid infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:Conduct onsite transformer inspections and determine health indices Recommend preventive and corrective maintenance actions based on asset conditions Provide repair guidance following major transformer failures Review and challenge OEM recommendations on transformer repair or replacement Support field-based maintenance activities and collaborate with internal technical teams Act as the key transformer technical advisor to the client on operational and strategic levels
The Ideal Candidate:10+ years of experience as a Transformer Expert, ideally with utility, OEM, or maintenance firm background Hands-on expertise with transformer testing, assessment, diagnostics, and maintenance International experience or education in Europe, North America, or Australia Strong analytical thinking and technical autonomy Customer-oriented, adaptable, and proactive mindset Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
