Job Title: Assistant Operations & Supply Chain Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time Work Location: On-Site – Jeddah, Saudi Arabia Working Days: Saturday to Thursday (6 days/week) Weekly Off: Friday

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Operations & Supply Chain Manager to support and enhance the company’s operational and supply chain functions. The role involves managing day-to-day operations, coordinating supply chain activities, and ensuring a smooth flow of goods and processes across the organization. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of operating in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: • Assist in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient internal workflows • Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operational and supply chain execution • Support procurement, inventory control, and order fulfillment processes • Monitor inventory levels to maintain optimal stock availability and minimize shortages or overstock • Track operational and supply chain performance metrics and support process improvement initiatives • Assist in planning and coordinating deliveries, shipments, and logistics schedules • Support, guide, and motivate team members to meet operational objectives • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations • Identify operational or supply chain issues and contribute to effective problem-solving solutions • Prepare reports and maintain accurate operational and supply chain documentation

Candidate Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management and/or supply chain management • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills • Excellent communication and coordination abilities • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Fluency in spoken and written English • Strong computer literacy, particularly in MS Excel and MS Office

Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
