Job Summary :To execute and coordinate end-to-end procurement activities, ensuring compliance with approved policies, procedures, and procurement laws. The role is responsible for implementing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relations, and supporting contract administration to ensure efficiency, transparency, and value-for-money in all procurement processes. The role contributes to safeguarding the Fund’s resources, supporting operational efficiency, and enabling successful delivery of projects and services. Responsibilities & Accountabilities :-Execute procurement activities in line with the category plans and sourcing strategies defined by the Manager/Director.-Contribute to identifying opportunities for cost savings, supplier consolidation, and improved procurement efficiency.-Conduct initial compliance checks of bids against requirements and provide input to technical and financial evaluations.-Support in documenting tender outcomes and preparing reports for approval by the Manager/Director.-Support in drafting standard contracts and purchase agreements under the guidance of the Manager/Director.-Monitor contract execution by tracking milestones, deliverables, invoices, and compliance with terms and conditions.-Support in implementing digital procurement tools, dashboards, and process automation initiatives.-Contribute to identifying process gaps and suggest improvements for efficiency, transparency, and compliance.-Coordinate with internal departments to clarify requirements, provide updates, and resolve procurement-related issues.-Communicate with external stakeholders, including vendors, regulators, and partners, under the supervision of the Manager/Director. Job Requirements:-Education : Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.-Years of experience : +1 year in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.-Skills :Vendor Management, Information Systems Knowledge, Procurement Management, Strategic Sourcing, Stakeholder Engagement.
