Key Responsibilities:Supervise real-time train operations through the Railway OCCMonitor train movement, signaling status, and service performance Coordinate with Traffic Control, Signaling, Power Supply, Maintenance, and Station Staff Manage incidents, delays, and emergency situations as per railway procedures Ensure compliance with railway safety rules, SOPs, and operational standards Prepare daily operational reports, delay analysis, and incident logs Support timetable adherence and recovery planning during service disruptions Guide and supervise OCC controllers and operators Participate in emergency drills, audits, and continuous improvement activities Qualifications & Skills:Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Railway / Electrical / Mechanical) or related field Strong understanding of railway signaling systems and operational procedures Ability to make quick decisions under pressure Excellent coordination and communication skills Proficient in MS Office and railway control systems Willingness to work rotating shifts (24/7 operations) Experience Required:0-1 years of experience in Railway Operations / OCC / Supervisory role
