Location Saudi Arabia\ Khobar Job Summary Tmamah Solutions Trading Co. is seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to lead and supervise maintenance teams specializing in electrical and plumbing works. The role is responsible for overseeing daily maintenance operations, ensuring quality execution, compliance with safety standards, timely completion of jobs, and coordination with technicians, service providers, and operations teams. This position plays a key role in maintaining service quality across residential and commercial projects under the Homexa platform.

Key Responsibilities Technical & Operational Supervise and coordinate electrical and plumbing maintenance teams. Ensure correct execution of preventive and corrective maintenance works. Review job orders, site conditions, and technical requirements before execution. Troubleshoot complex electrical and plumbing issues and guide technicians. Ensure proper use of tools, materials, and spare parts. Verify completed work quality before job closure. Team Supervision Assign tasks to electricians and plumbers based on skill level and workload. Monitor technician performance, attendance, and productivity. Provide on-site guidance, coaching, and technical support. Report technician performance and recommend training or corrective actions. Quality & Safety Ensure compliance with safety standards, local regulations, and company SOPs. Enforce use of PPE and safe working practices. Ensure work meets Homexa/Tmamah quality standards and client expectations. Report incidents, defects, or non-conforming works. Coordination & Reporting Coordinate with operations, customer service, and quality control teams. Update job status, reports, and documentation as required. Assist in estimating materials and labor for maintenance jobs. Support audits, inspections, and quality checks.

Requirements & Qualifications Education & Certification Diploma or Technical Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electromechanical field. Valid electrician and/or plumbing certification preferred. Experience5+ years experience in electrical and plumbing maintenance.2+ years in a supervisory or team-lead role (preferred). Experience in residential, commercial, or facility maintenance projects. Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of:Electrical systems (wiring, panels, lighting, breakers, fault diagnosis) Plumbing systems (water supply, drainage, fixtures, leak detection) Leadership and team management skills. Ability to read drawings, schematics, and work orders. Good problem-solving and decision-making skills. Basic reporting and documentation skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple jobs. Other Requirements Valid driving license Willingness to work on-site and respond to urgent maintenance calls. Professional attitude and strong communication skills.
