Job Title: Sukuk & Bonds Specialist Job Summary:The Sukuk & Bonds Specialist is responsible for supporting and managing the issuance, structuring, and lifecycle of sukuk and bond instruments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and market best practices. Key Responsibilities:Support the issuance of sukuk and bonds from initiation to settlement. Coordinate with internal teams, arrangers, legal advisors, and regulators. Prepare and review offering documents, term sheets, and prospectuses. Ensure compliance with Capital Market regulations and applicable standards. Conduct market analysis and monitor fixed income and sukuk market trends. Assist in structuring debt instruments and evaluating pricing and timing. Maintain issuance records and post-issuance reporting. Support investor presentations and roadshows when required. Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Knowledge of sukuk and bond structures and fixed income markets. Familiarity with capital market regulations. Strong analytical and documentation skills. High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Proficiency in English (written and spoken). Preferred:Experience in debt capital markets, investment banking, or regulatory bodies. Professional certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus.
