Operate, monitor, and maintain assigned mechanical or electrical systems within bank branches and offices Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and respond to corrective maintenance requests within agreed SLA timelines Troubleshoot equipment faults and support timely resolution to minimize service disruption Ensure compliance with bank security procedures, safety standards, and operational policies Maintain accurate maintenance records, checklists, and service reports Coordinate with supervisors, technicians, and other trades on site Support audits, inspections, and client requirements as needed
Mechanical scope may include:HVAC systems, pumps, chilled water systems, plumbing, fire and domestic water systems Electrical scope may include:LV systems, panels, lighting, UPS, emergency power, and power distribution systems
Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical OR Electrical Engineering4–6 years of experience in operation and maintenance of banking, office, or commercial facilities Solid understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance practices Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, and technical manuals High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail Good English communication skills Willingness to support emergency or after-hours maintenance when required
